Simply place it over any type of bottle, cup, or size that suits. We recommend using a bottle with a diameter of less than 2.5 inches for the best fit.

Easier to maintain than genuine leather! While not particularly water-sensitive, variations in temperature, humidity, and environment may cause changes due to the nature of the product material. Please avoid moist areas as much as possible, and be cautious of direct heat.

We currently ship everywhere in the United States only.

In-stock items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.

Be sure to double check your shipping address prior to purchasing. Kiyeok is not and will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address.

Once an order ships and is in transit, it is in the hands of the carrier. Kiyeok is not responsible for any packages that become delayed or lost.

As a small operation, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges at this time. Please note prior to purchasing that all items are FINAL SALE. We do, however, understand that accidents happen. If your item happens to arrive damaged, please contact us with photos at info@kiyeok.com within 72 hours of receiving your item.
