It is normal for the product you receive to have wrinkles, fine scratches, and spots, and these are not considered defects or flaws, so they do not qualify as reasons for exchange or refund. Because this is a handmade product, it may not be perfectly uniform in appearance.

Although recycled leather is not particularly susceptible to water damage, please avoid exposing it to wet environments as much as possible and be cautious of direct heat. If the leather gets wet or dirty, gently wipe it with a soft cloth and allow it to dry away from direct sunlight.

The color of the product may vary depending on the device and monitor panel you are using.

Be sure to double check your shipping address prior to purchasing. Kiyeok is not and will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. Once an order ships and is in transit, it is in the hands of the carrier. Kiyeok is not responsible for any packages that become delayed or lost.
